Custom solutions developed specifically for your business remain your intellectual property. However:

• Open-source components used remain subject to their original licenses
• Client data and business information remain confidential and owned by the client

Our billing practices include:

• Project fees are outlined in individual service agreements
• Payment terms are typically net 30 days from invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional charges

• All fees are subject to applicable taxes

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination:

• All completed work and deliverables become client property
• Outstanding invoices remain due and payable
• Confidential information obligations continue indefinitely
• Transition support may be provided as mutually agreed
